Wormans’ Work

Creative couple sharing our passions in making, educating, and performing.

Emily & Alan Worman

NEWS: We’ll be at CENTRAL FLEA MARKET

some Sundays in January 2026 (subscribe for updates).

Wormans’ Work is a space where our love for tinkering, making, and reusing turns scraps into stories. From ponchos sewn from towels to bunting made from fabric sample books and notebooks crafted from reclaimed, unused stationery, everything we make is an experiment in giving secondhand materials new life. It’s our way of resisting waste and finding joy in what others overlook.

Yup, we’re also the Science in a Van duo! We’ve been visiting ECEs, Primary and Intermediate schools across the motu since 2011 with our very own science shows. Alan also loves performing magic (Spirit of the Fringe Award 2024) while Emily keeps it real helping people celebrate life at funerals.

It’s easy to contact us, hang out with us at a market or buy online. We hope you keep scrolling to see all our latest blogs and creations!
